Use of platform

• Users must provide accurate business, VAT, CR, branch, and invoice information
• Users are responsible for reviewing invoices before final submission
• Submitted invoices should not be edited directly and should be adjusted through credit or debit notes where applicable

Compliance

• Zattiq provides technology workflows for Saudi e-invoicing
• Final production use must follow the latest official ZATCA requirements
• Warnings, rejections, and failed submissions may require user or support team action

Availability and support

• API, app, and dashboard features may be released in phases
• Support processes, SLAs, and commercial terms should be documented separately in the customer agreement
